Pt1000 RTD sensors for Improving Building Energy Efficiency: Application

Our RTD element can support the environmental solution by sensing temperature flow in buildings.

For measuring temperature flowing in and out, a pair of RTD temperature sensors is used for calorie meter (heat energy meter). The pair of RTD temerature sonsors' resistance value should be the same or similar in order to precisely sense temperature in and out. Also, in order to reduce the cost of temperature sensors, thin film RTD temperature element is applied. Our 10 pieces of temperature elements is in a small bag that the actual resistance value is printed. (for class B, +/-0.01 ohm) Therefore, our customers do not need to pick up elements and measure the resistance value in order to set similar resistance values for one pair of sensor. It is cost-reducing for temperature sensor makers.

Nuclear Radiation Levels in Shizuoka prefecture Where Our Factory Is Located

The area where our temperature sensor and RTD element factory is located is far away enough to be safe from Fukushima
Daiichi nuclear plant's accident and has not been contaminated by nuclear radiation.
The radiation levels are within the normal range. Therefore, our product is not contaminated.



Our temperature sensor mounted thin film RTD element was mounted on AKATSUKI, Asteroid Explorer.

JAXA, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, launched HAYABUSA,
an asteroid explorer, for voyage to Vinus. Our temperature sensor used thin film RTD element
CRZ-2005-1000-A was mounted on the explorer considering our great
support for the previous achievement of HAYABUSA.
We beef up developing our products dreaming to have a voyage to the space with an explorer.

Our temperature sensor mounted a RTD element supported for great achievement of HAYABUSA returning.

Our temperature sensor mounted a thin film Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) element, has been developed day by day.
The effort was highly estimated by JAXA, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, and our thin film RTD element, CRZ-2005-1000-A, was applied for measuring temperature of the fuel tank of HAYABUSA, Asteroid Explorer.
Our temperature sensor properly finished the important job and support the safe voyage.
The important job was considered one of great lead for the great achievement and received a testimonial by the ministry of Education, Culture,Sports,Science, and Technology.
This award gave us a great confidence. However, we are not satisfied with our current temperature sensor's quality, and develop our temperature sensors by degrees.
